A specialist back office, not an outsourcing floor.

AccountState Global was built for practice owners who want the capacity of a larger team without handing their clients to a call centre. Four years, five jurisdictions, and one professional who knows every file we hold.

Experience

Where the expertise comes from

The last four years have been spent inside the workflows of CPA, ACCA and CA firms rather than in a single company's finance department. That difference matters. Practice work has a rhythm of its own: a close calendar you cannot slip, a reviewer who wants schedules laid out a particular way, and clients whose records arrive in whatever state they arrive in.

The work covers the full cycle. Day to day bookkeeping and coding, month end close and management reporting, statutory financial statements under IFRS and local GAAP, indirect tax working papers, and audit file preparation from lead schedules through to analytical review.

Working across five countries means moving between frameworks and filing conventions week to week, and knowing which assumptions do not travel between them.

Systems

We adapt to your stack, never the other way round

You should not have to change software, templates or workflow to bring in support. We work inside what your practice already runs on, and where a platform is new to us, we learn it during onboarding at our own cost rather than yours.

The same principle covers documentation. Your chart of accounts conventions, file naming, folder structure and review checklist are recorded during onboarding and followed exactly, so the file that comes back looks like your team prepared it.

How we work

Handled personally, which is the point

Most outsourcing arrangements spread a client across a rotating team. It scales well and it reviews badly. Treatments drift, context is lost between staff, and every handover is another set of eyes on your client's records.

Here, your files stay with one qualified professional from onboarding onwards. Fewer people means a smaller confidentiality surface, consistent judgement from month to month, and a reviewer who never has to explain the same thing twice.

  • Capacity is managed, not oversoldOnly a set number of monthly files are accepted at a time. When the calendar is full, new firms are told so rather than added and absorbed.
  • Deadlines are committed in writingThe close calendar is agreed before the first month runs and each deliverable has a named date. Missed dates are credited without you having to ask.
  • Time zones work in your favourWork is completed while your office is closed, so queries raised at the end of your day are usually answered before it starts again.
  • Nothing is retained afterwardsAccess is returned, working copies are destroyed and a confirmation is issued in writing. Your client records live in your systems throughout.
Our standard

How we measure our own work

Three tests that decide whether a month has gone well, regardless of how busy it was.

Reviewable first time

A file is finished when your reviewer can sign it without rebuilding a schedule. Rework raised by your team is cleared within 48 hours and never billed.

On the date promised

The close calendar is set at onboarding and held to. If something threatens the date, you hear about it while there is still time to act, not afterwards.

Invisible to your clients

Every deliverable carries your branding and every query routes through your team. Your client relationship is yours alone, and it stays that way.
